Pangong Tso

A short visit to the lake that is divided between India and China.
I get the trip for free in exchange for my tent. Other passengers are Ine and three Indian guys. The Indians are not interested in views but sleep indeed, keeping one awake to take pictures. When others wake up then they look from the camera what has the landscape been like.
The landscape is awesome. Patches of sun on colored mountains.
We reach the lake in late afternoon. The light is gorgeous and later there's a rainbow.
Overnight in big tents, it is cold in the night.
Next morning is clouded but the views get nicer once it clears up. I dash for a swim. Cold.
Stop at Tangtse and Tak Tok monasteries on our way back. The Indians are not interested in Buddhist temples either and probably don't like me and Ine much because they have to wait for us.
